Are these oils Natural Oils without synthetic content?

Yes. The oils are 100% pure and natural.

How can I change the caps of the bottles?

Use a tool such as the essential oils cap remover.

What to do if the oils get into the eye?

If you get essential oils in your eyes, flush with milk or cream until it stops burning. This should stop the burning fairly quickly. You can now flush the eyes with water. Please follow precautions and consult your doctor if complications occur. 

What to do if your pet reacts to a specific oil?

Remove oils from the room, air and out of the living space, and avoid using the oil.

Which carrier oils are good for a particular essential oil?

Generally, carrier oils commonly used with any essential oil are almond, jojoba, fractioned coconut and avocado oil.
