If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of Essential Oils, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

At ZAVBE, we want every customer to receive fresh, properly sealed tea products in good condition. Because our products are consumable food items, our return and exchange policy is designed to protect product safety, customer trust, and quality standards.
Returns
We accept returns only for products that are:

Unopened

Unused

In the original sealed packaging

Returned within 30 days of delivery

Accompanied by proof of purchase

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, missing items, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A photo of the shipping box or package

A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for unopened and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be approved for:

Wrong item received

Damaged item received

Customer ordered the wrong product, as long as the item is unopened and sealed

Customers are responsible for return shipping when the exchange is due to personal preference or ordering error. ZAVBE will cover replacement shipping when the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened tea bags

Opened loose-leaf tea

Opened herbal tea products

Products with broken seals

Products not in original packaging

Products damaged after delivery

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards, if applicable

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ZAVBE error, damaged shipment, or wrong item sent.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible unopened items may be returned according to this policy.
If ZAVBE cannot ship your order within the stated delivery timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund.
Marketplace Orders
If you purchased ZAVBE products through Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay, or another marketplace, the return must be handled through that marketplace’s return system. Marketplace return rules may differ from ZAVBE’s direct website policy.
